🤝 Waiver Policy

At Prithvi Foundation, we recognize that not all authors have equal access to research funding. Our commitment to equitable knowledge dissemination includes a flexible waiver policy to reduce the financial burden on authors with limited resources.

Waiver Eligibility:

1. • Up to 75% waiver for authors from Low-Income Countries.
2. • Up to 40% waiver for authors from Lower-Middle-Income Countries.
3. • Additional partial waivers may be granted on a case-by-case basis, especially for early-career researchers, independent scholars, or researchers facing financial hardship.

Waiver Application Process:

1. 1. Authors must submit a formal waiver request to the editorial office at: editor@prithvifoundation.in
2. 2. The request should include:
   1. o Manuscript ID or submission number (it will provided by editor after submission of research paper.)
   2. o Author's institutional affiliation and country
   3. o Reason for requesting the waiver
3. 3. Waiver requests must be submitted before the final payment is made. Requests after payment will not be considered.

All waiver applications are reviewed confidentially and assessed individually. Granting a waiver has no effect on editorial decisions or peer review outcomes.

We believe financial constraints should not prevent the publication of valuable, high-quality research. Our waiver policy supports inclusivity while maintaining editorial independence, transparency, and sustainability of the journal.
