The Prithvi Journal of Academic Research & Development (PJARD) operates as a self-sustained, non-governmental, and non-profit initiative. The journal does not receive funding or subsidies from any university, institution, or government body. To ensure the continuity of operations and maintain high publication standards, the journal charges a Manuscript Handling Fee (MHF) to authors whose manuscripts are accepted for publication.

This fee supports:

1. • Editorial and peer review management
2. • Staff salaries and editorial services
3. • Web hosting and technical infrastructure
4. • Manuscript archiving and DOI registration
5. • Software licensing and IT support
6. • Open Access content distribution

As an Open Access Publisher, PJARD does not charge subscription fees—all published content is freely available online for global access and citation.

💰 Standard Handling Fee

The standard Manuscript Handling Fee (MHF) for articles accepted in the Prithvi Journal of Academic Research & Development (PJARD) is:

2. • USD 50$ (for international authors)
